Quick Tip: A Push-Up Progression

Push-ups are a fabulous exercise for fixing a weak upper body. You can start with knee pushups, and then progress to regular push-ups, but eventually regular push-ups will become easy too. So where should you go from there? There are dozens of push-up varieties, but here are a couple of my favorites:

One-Leg Push-Ups:

Knee-Catch Push-Ups:
